description

Ruijie RG-ES205GC, RG-ES206GC-P, RG-ES208GC, RG-ES210GC-LP, and RG-ES210GS-P devices running ESW_1.0(1)B1P48 are affected by a buffer overflow in the local firmware upgrade web interface. A remote unauthenticated attacker who can reach that interface may be able to cause a denial of service.

mitigation

Restrict the device management and firmware-upgrade web interface to trusted administrative networks with firewall rules or access controls, and prevent Internet exposure. No fixed version is recorded; monitor for and apply a vendor update when one becomes available.
