ETK-2026-2921Zero's internal tracking ID, independent of the CVE number.
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.description
mcp-sanitizer URL validation can allow requests to localhost and IPv6 loopback or link-local services when applications use it to approve outbound URLs. An attacker who can control a URL accepted by the sanitizer may obtain responses from internal services.
mitigation
Upgrade mcp-sanitizer to version 1.4.0 or later. Until upgraded, independently block loopback, link-local, and other internal destinations after URL parsing and before making outbound requests.
fixed in 1.4.0
