description

turbohtml versions 1.0.0 through 1.13.1 contain a use-after-free write in the JavaScript minifier's statement-folding path. An attacker who can supply JavaScript for an application to minify may cause a process crash or heap-memory corruption. The issue requires JavaScript minification with folding enabled; HTML-only minification is not affected.

mitigation

Upgrade turbohtml to version 1.14.0 or later. Until upgrading, configure JSMinify with fold=False wherever JavaScript minification is used.

fixed in 1.14.0
