description

@happyvertical/smrt-core and @happyvertical/smrt-cli before 0.56.2 can expose operations on undecorated SmrtCollection subclasses despite restrictive object-form model exposure settings. An authenticated MCP tenant user, or a local CLI user where applicable, may invoke unintended collection operations; affected collections must lack their own @smrt() configuration.

mitigation

Upgrade @happyvertical/smrt-core and @happyvertical/smrt-cli to version 0.56.2 or later. Until upgraded, disable generated MCP and CLI surfaces or explicitly configure each affected collection to deny unneeded operations.

fixed in 0.56.2

outcome

Contextual check: a technique exists and was validated, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
