description

WP-Invoice versions through 4.3.1 contain AJAX functions that do not properly enforce user permissions. An attacker with any authenticated account, including a low-privilege account, may access information about registered users, such as contact and profile data.

mitigation

Disable or remove WP-Invoice where it is not required, and restrict creation and use of low-privilege accounts until a vendor update is available. Review accounts and limit plugin access to trusted users.

automationDeterministic: a check that runs on its own, the same request on every target. Contextual: an agentic technique that needs to be applied per target, for bugs that depend on contextual flows.
deterministic
auth requiredWhether an attacker needs an account first, based on the CVSS vector's Privileges Required.

outcome

Upstream: a detection for this already ships elsewhere, so we didn't generate a new one. The credit goes to whoever did.
