description

Affected Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.WebAssembly.Server releases can render exception text unsafely on a development debugging page. An unauthenticated attacker may inject script into responses from that page when an application is running with dotnet watch and its debug endpoint is reachable.

mitigation

Update Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.WebAssembly.Server to 8.0.32, 9.0.21, 10.0.13, or 11.0.0-rc.2, as appropriate for the release line. Restart applications after updating; rebuild and redeploy self-contained deployments.

fixed in 10.0.13, 11.0.0-rc.2, 8.0.32, 9.0.21
