description

SSL Wireless SMS Notification for WordPress versions through 3.8.1 do not properly validate SMS-login authentication. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a phone number linked to an account may be able to take over that account.

mitigation

Deactivate the plugin or disable its SMS-login functionality until a corrected release is available. Restrict access to the affected login endpoint where operationally feasible.
