description

HPE Fabric Composer's command-line interface contains hardcoded credentials. A remote attacker who can reach that interface may authenticate without prior credentials and obtain administrative-level access.

mitigation

Restrict network access to the Fabric Composer command-line and management interfaces to trusted administrative networks, and isolate them from untrusted networks. Monitor HPE security guidance and apply the vendor-provided update when a fixed release is identified.
