description

D-Link DAP-1360 devices running firmware 6.14 or earlier are affected by an unauthenticated command-execution flaw. A remote attacker able to reach the web management interface could take control of the device with root-level privileges. Exposure requires the management interface to be reachable by the attacker.

mitigation

Remove the web management interface from internet exposure and restrict access to trusted administrative networks only. No fixed firmware release is recorded; replace or isolate affected devices if secure management access cannot be enforced.

outcome

Contextual check: a technique exists and was validated, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
