description

payever WooCommerce Gateway versions through 4.8.0 are affected by an unauthenticated file-upload flaw. A remote attacker may place executable files on the server and run code when the plugin's affected public callbacks are reachable.

mitigation

Disable and remove the affected plugin where possible, or restrict public access to its callback endpoints until it can be replaced. No fixed version is recorded; monitor for and apply a vendor update when available.

Upstream: a detection for this already ships elsewhere, so we didn't generate a new one. The credit goes to whoever did.
