CVE-2026-92883
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-ggg2-vpmq-m78f ↗EUVD-2026-98215 ↗
description
GitLab CE/EE releases before 19.2.8, 19.3.5, or 19.4.2 may inadequately sanitize attributes in syntax-highlighted repository output. An authenticated user could cause JavaScript to execute in another user's browser session when that user views affected content from a crafted repository.
mitigation
Upgrade GitLab to 19.2.8, 19.3.5, or 19.4.2, as appropriate for the supported release line. Restrict untrusted users' ability to create or share repositories until the update is complete.
fixed in 19.2.8, 19.3.5, 19.4.2
outcome
Contextual: an exploit technique exists, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
