description

BugTracker.NET's file download component does not adequately constrain user-supplied file paths. An authenticated remote attacker may read files outside the intended download directory that are accessible to the application account.

mitigation

Restrict access to the file download functionality to trusted users and limit the application account's filesystem permissions. No fixed version is recorded in the advisory.
