description

Formidable Forms for WordPress through version 6.35 may permit authenticated low-privilege users to add plugins to the site. Exposure requires a free-only installation without Formidable Pro and an attacker account with the applicable form-view permission.

mitigation

Until a fixed release is published, disable the affected plugin on exposed free-only sites or remove untrusted authenticated accounts and form-view permissions. Review recent plugin installations and restrict plugin-management access to trusted administrators.
