description

WP-BusinessDirectory through version 4.0.2 has an unauthenticated upload handling flaw. A remote attacker can write attacker-controlled files to arbitrary locations without logging in; default server configuration is reported to prevent code execution.

mitigation

Disable or restrict the plugin's unauthenticated upload functionality and limit the web server account's write permissions to only necessary directories. No fixed version is recorded; remove or disable the plugin if these restrictions cannot be applied.
