description

Forminator Forms for WordPress through version 1.57.2 can retain untrusted script content submitted through rich-text textarea fields. An unauthenticated attacker may cause code to run in an administrator's browser if the administrator opens a stored entry and interacts with the malicious content.

mitigation

Disable rich-text textarea fields on publicly reachable forms, or require authentication for submissions until a vendor-fixed release is confirmed. Review and remove suspicious stored form entries, especially before administrators access the Entries view.
