description

Quantum Security Gateway and Quantum Security Management are affected when processing VPN certificate ASN.1 data. An unauthenticated remote attacker may be able to run code on an affected system, provided they can reach the relevant VPN certificate-processing service.

mitigation

Restrict network access to VPN services and certificate-processing interfaces to trusted sources until vendor updates can be applied. Monitor Check Point advisories and upgrade affected Gateway and Management systems when a fixed release is published.
