description

Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 versions before 3.5.51 allow unauthenticated users to upload files with attacker-controlled extensions through an affected form field. Publicly reachable uploaded files may enable server-side code execution on hosts that execute the relevant extension, or stored cross-site scripting where the file is served as content; exploitation requires access to a form using the affected upload field.

mitigation

Upgrade Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 to version 3.5.51 or later. Until upgraded, disable or restrict affected file-upload fields and prevent uploaded files from being publicly served or executed by the web server.

fixed in 3.5.51
