description

Control Web Panel versions before 1.16 are affected by OS command injection in the protected_directory user-panel module. An attacker able to submit requests to the affected user-panel action may cause commands to run in the user-panel context.

mitigation

Upgrade Control Web Panel to version 1.16 or later. Until upgrades are complete, restrict access to the user panel to trusted administrators and networks.

fixed in 1.16
