CVE-2026-65634
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-qghx-23m5-r55m ↗EUVD-2026-84340 ↗
description
Erlang/OTP ASN.1 versions before the fixed releases can use excessive CPU when decoding a malformed-size object identifier. An unauthenticated remote attacker may cause denial of service when a service parses attacker-controlled ASN.1 data, including peer certificates during TLS handshakes.
mitigation
Upgrade OTP to 27.3.4.18, 28.5.0.7, 29.1.1; asn1 to 5.3.4.3, 5.4.3.1, 5.5.2 or later.
fixed in 27.3.4.18, 28.5.0.7, 29.1.1, 5.3.4.3, 5.4.3.1, 5.5.2
outcome
No artifact: an exploit or check was attempted but could not be produced at this moment.
