CVE-2026-63377
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-536w-42p8-3qv9 ↗EUVD-2026-114541 ↗
description
okta-ai-agent versions before 3.0.1-beta allow an unauthenticated network client to claim the administrator role while initial setup remains unfinished. If the service is exposed, an attacker can take control of the deployment, access synced data and configuration, and prevent the legitimate owner from completing setup.
mitigation
Upgrade okta-ai-agent to 3.0.1-beta. Until upgraded, restrict access to port 8001 to trusted hosts or networks and complete initial setup from a trusted environment.
fixed in v3.0.1-beta
outcome
Check only, differential: the check fires on the vulnerable build and is silent on the patched one.
