CVE-2026-62160
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.description
Daptin 0.12.x through v0.12.15 processes unbounded Accept-Language request headers in global language middleware. A remote unauthenticated attacker who can reach the HTTP service can send malformed header values that consume excessive CPU and impair service availability.
mitigation
Enforce a small Accept-Language header-size limit at a reverse proxy or other edge layer before requests reach Daptin, and reject malformed or oversized values. Restrict access to the Daptin HTTP listener to trusted networks where possible.
outcome
No artifact: an exploit or check was attempted but could not be produced at this moment.
source signals
