CVE-2026-58390
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-26cj-h9rj-g5pf ↗EUVD-2026-102136 ↗
description
Affected OPNsense core OpenVPN status pages may render a connected client's externally managed name in an unsafe HTML attribute. A valid OpenVPN user who can obtain a specially formed RADIUS or LDAP username could cause browser-side code to execute when an administrator opens an affected status page. The issue requires username-as-common-name and an identity backend that allows the attacker to provision such a username.
mitigation
Upgrade opnsense/core to 26.1.11, 26.4.1p1 or later.
fixed in 26.1.11, 26.4.1p1
outcome
Contextual: an exploit technique exists, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
