CVE-2026-55159
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-ggpf-xrph-wg5v ↗EUVD-2026-84099 ↗
description
luci-app-adblock-fast versions before 1.2.4-2 allow line breaks in a cron scheduling RPC argument. An authenticated user granted the luci-app-adblock-fast write ACL can add root-run scheduled tasks, resulting in persistent command execution when cron processes them.
mitigation
Upgrade luci-app-adblock-fast to version 1.2.4-2 or later. Until upgraded, remove the luci-app-adblock-fast write ACL from delegated accounts that do not require scheduling changes.
outcome
Contextual: an exploit technique exists, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
