description

deeptutor 1.4.0 is affected by an authorization bypass in TurnRuntimeManager.regenerate_last_turn. A remote caller who can obtain or enumerate another user's session identifier can trigger regeneration on that user's session.

mitigation

Restrict access to the affected regeneration function and enforce server-side ownership checks for session identifiers. Limit exposure of session identifiers and update when a vendor-fixed release is available.
