description

Zimbra Collaboration Suite is affected by an authorization weakness in GrantRightsRequest. An attacker who can use an authenticated account may assign another local account impersonation-related access, enabling continued mailbox access and message sending even after normal credential or session invalidation.

mitigation

Upgrade Zimbra Collaboration Suite to version 10.1.20. Review existing delegated and impersonation-related rights for unexpected local-account assignments and remove unauthorized entries.

fixed in 10.1.20
