description

FlexNet Publisher lmadmin contains an authentication bypass in a SOAP handler. An unauthenticated party that can reach the affected handler may obtain an administrator-level session without valid credentials.

mitigation

Restrict network access to lmadmin and its SOAP interfaces to trusted administrative hosts, and do not expose them publicly. Apply a vendor-provided update when one is identified; no fixed version is recorded in the available advisory data.
