description

IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 are affected. A remote attacker may gain administrative access when LDAP authentication is enabled and permits an empty password.

mitigation

Disable LDAP authentication for administrative access where feasible, and restrict management interfaces to trusted networks until remediation is available. Monitor IBM updates and apply the vendor-provided fix when released.
