description

TOTOLINK CA300-PoE firmware 6.2c.884 is affected by a buffer overflow in the CGI handler for QoS rule settings. A remote attacker with low-privileged access may trigger the flaw and compromise device confidentiality, integrity, or availability.

mitigation

Restrict router management and CGI access to trusted, authenticated administrative networks, and do not expose it to the internet. Monitor for a vendor firmware update and apply it promptly when available.
