description

FreeRDP shadow servers with NLA enabled are affected before version 3.32.2. An unauthenticated network attacker can cause the server process to abort using a malformed CredSSP authentication request. Exposure requires the NLA-enabled shadow server to be reachable by the attacker.

mitigation

Upgrade FreeRDP to version 3.32.2 or later. Until upgraded, restrict network access to NLA-enabled shadow servers to trusted clients.

fixed in 3.32.2
