description

Linksys E5350 devices running firmware 1.0.00.037 are affected by OS command injection in the web-management apply.cgi handler. An unauthenticated remote attacker who can reach the affected interface may execute commands on the device.

mitigation

Restrict router administration interfaces to trusted management networks and remove them from internet exposure. Check for and install vendor firmware updates if they become available; no fixed version is recorded.
