CVE-2026-119549
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-5hqc-9wxw-2gfq ↗EUVD-2026-113814 ↗
description
Jellyfin versions through 12.4 are affected by server-side request forgery in profile-image handling. An authenticated user able to upload a profile image may cause the server to reach internal network resources or local image data; subsequent image rendering may be requested without authentication.
mitigation
Restrict profile-image uploads to trusted users and limit the Jellyfin server's outbound access to internal networks, local services, and metadata endpoints. Upgrade to a Jellyfin release newer than 12.4 after confirming the vendor's remediation status.
outcome
Contextual, not validated: no deterministic check could cover this one, and no technique passed our review.
