CVE-2026-119366
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-q58p-cmmq-f3q2 ↗EUVD-2026-116777 ↗
description
wpDiscuz versions through 7.6.73 are affected by a stored cross-site scripting flaw. An unauthenticated attacker may cause browser-side script to run when another user views affected content; successful impact depends on a user rendering that content.
mitigation
Restrict untrusted users from submitting content through wpDiscuz and limit access to pages that display it. Upgrade to a vendor release confirmed to remediate versions through 7.6.73 when available.
outcome
Upstream: a detection for this already ships elsewhere, so we didn't generate a new one. The credit goes to whoever did.
