CVE-2026-118167
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-qpwm-gvfh-p35v ↗EUVD-2026-117912 ↗
description
MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress versions before 4.15.0 can accept sign-up requests targeting unintended audiences in the connected Mailchimp account. An unauthenticated attacker may add arbitrary email addresses to those audiences when an affected sign-up form or bundled integration is reachable.
mitigation
Upgrade MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress to version 4.15.0 or later. Until upgraded, restrict public access to affected sign-up forms and integrations where feasible.
fixed in 4.15.0
outcome
Check only, differential: the check fires on the vulnerable build and is silent on the patched one.
