CVE-2026-116672
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-c73q-w75p-j82v ↗EUVD-2026-111112 ↗
description
Authlib deployments using the documented RFC 7592 ClientConfigurationEndpoint examples may fail to bind a registration access token to the client registration being requested. An attacker with a valid registration token for one client could access, alter, or remove another client's registration if the deployment follows those examples and the target client can be edited.
mitigation
Upgrade Authlib to version 1.9.1 or later. Ensure ClientConfigurationEndpoint authorization verifies that the presented registration access token belongs to the target client before permitting registration reads, changes, or deletion.
fixed in 1.9.1
outcome
Contextual, not validated: no deterministic check could cover this one, and no technique passed our review.
