description

DrayTek Vigor2960 devices running 1.5.1.6 Revision 8218 are affected by command injection in an upload endpoint. A remote attacker with the required privileges could run commands on the device through that endpoint.

mitigation

Upgrade affected Vigor2960 devices to version 1.5.1.7. Restrict access to the device management interface to trusted administrators until upgrades are complete.
