description

The cited light0011 cms revisions contain an access-control flaw in CAPTCHA validation code handled by UserController. A remote attacker without prior authentication may obtain access beyond intended restrictions; no more specific deployment prerequisite is documented.

mitigation

Limit public network access to affected CMS instances and CAPTCHA-related functions with reverse-proxy or network controls where feasible. Track project updates and move away from the affected revisions when a supported fixed release is published.
