CVE-2026-111958
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-5h77-wc4p-vj34 ↗EUVD-2026-108015 ↗
description
Royal MCP versions before 1.5.7 may accept a preview-link token as authentication for REST API requests outside the preview it was created for. An attacker who obtains a valid token can act as its associated user; this can result in administrative control when that user has administrator privileges by default.
mitigation
Upgrade Royal MCP to version 1.5.7 or later. Until upgrades are complete, restrict creation and sharing of preview tokens, ensure token-owning accounts use least privilege, and review REST API exposure.
fixed in 1.5.7
outcome
Check only, differential: the check fires on the vulnerable build and is silent on the patched one.
