CVE-2026-111905
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-44gp-7cgr-6p92 ↗EUVD-2026-103315 ↗
description
phpMyFAQ versions before 4.1.9 expose user records through an administrative endpoint without sufficient target authorization checks. An authenticated delegated administrator with user-management rights can retrieve another user's TOTP secret, potentially bypassing two-factor authentication for privileged accounts.
mitigation
Upgrade phpmyfaq/phpmyfaq to version 4.1.9 or later. Review delegated administrator accounts and remove unnecessary user-management permissions while upgrading.
fixed in 4.1.9
outcome
Contextual: an exploit technique exists, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
