description

OnCell G3150A-LTE Series devices are affected by insufficient input handling in configured SMS management. A remote user with the necessary privileges may execute commands on the device when that feature is enabled. The evidence does not identify affected or corrected firmware releases.

mitigation

Disable SMS management if it is not required, and restrict remote administration to trusted networks and only necessary privileged accounts. Apply a vendor firmware update when one is issued; the evidence does not name a fixed version.
