validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-gpmc-w2m9-78gw ↗EUVD-2026-103400 ↗
description
AI Engine for WordPress versions before 3.7.9 inadequately authorize certain AI media management operations. A user with an Editor role or greater can change arbitrary posts, including posts they would not ordinarily be allowed to edit, when they can access the affected functionality.
mitigation
Upgrade the AI Engine WordPress plugin to version 3.7.9 or later. Until upgraded, restrict Editor-level access and access to AI media management features where possible.
fixed in 3.7.9
outcome
Check only, differential: the check fires on the vulnerable build and is silent on the patched one.
