description

OttoKit installations using the suretriggers component through version 1.1.40 are affected by an improper privilege-assignment flaw. A remote attacker may be able to gain elevated privileges without an existing account or user interaction. Exposure requires a reachable installation running an affected version.

mitigation

Disable the affected OttoKit suretriggers functionality or restrict access to the installation from untrusted networks until the vendor provides a confirmed fixed release. Review administrator and other privileged accounts for unexpected changes.
