description

FastBee through version 2.1.0 does not adequately enforce tenant-level authorization for device operations in DeviceController. An attacker with a low-privilege account may view or alter devices belonging to other tenants, potentially exposing device information or changing device ownership.

mitigation

Enforce server-side, tenant-scoped authorization for every device read and write in DeviceController, and do not rely on client-supplied object identifiers for access decisions. Until a vendor update is available, restrict self-registration and review device-management activity for cross-tenant access or ownership changes.
