description

Ninja Forms for WordPress through version 3.15.5 is affected by stored cross-site scripting. An unauthenticated attacker may cause browser-executed script to be stored in affected content when a user later views it, because a submission endpoint does not effectively enforce its request check.

mitigation

Disable the affected Ninja Forms plugin until the vendor provides and you can deploy a fixed release. Limit access to affected WordPress sites and review potentially injected form content before re-enabling it.
