CVE-2026-108746
waiting for further signalsZero needs more public information before it can validate it.GHSA-73v4-h56h-crx9 ↗EUVD-2026-96911 ↗
description
Vearch 3.5.2 through 3.5.9 can fail to enforce configured read-only or no-access permissions on resources assigned through roles. An authenticated non-root user may modify or delete documents and may be able to increase their role privileges, potentially gaining broader administrative access.
mitigation
Until a corrected Vearch release is available, restrict Vearch access to trusted accounts and tightly limit or block role-management requests such as PUT /roles at the network or API gateway. Review non-root accounts and role memberships, and monitor for unexpected document changes or role updates.
outcome
Contextual: an exploit technique exists, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
