CVE-2026-108161
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-9ph6-5hpm-hh94 ↗EUVD-2026-96316 ↗
description
FusionPBX versions through 5.6.5 are affected by command injection in the recording download function. An unauthenticated caller may cause commands to run as the web-server account if the record_name filename template is enabled and a privileged user exports affected recordings in a ZIP.
mitigation
Disable the record_name filename template immediately. Limit access to recording downloads and avoid ZIP exports of recordings containing untrusted caller ID data until an upstream fixed release is available.
outcome
Contextual check: a technique exists and was validated, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
source signals
