description

SureCart for WordPress versions before 4.9.5 insufficiently filter related data returned by an upsell-funnel REST API. An unauthenticated remote user may obtain nonpublic catalogue details, including information associated with unpublished products, if they can reach that API.

mitigation

Upgrade SureCart to version 4.9.5 or later. Until upgrades are complete, restrict anonymous access to the affected WordPress REST API routes with web-server, gateway, or WAF controls.

fixed in 4.9.5
