description

J4Care dcm4chee-arc-light is affected by an infinite-loop flaw in JPEGParser. An attacker who can cause the application to parse a crafted or truncated JPEG stream may exhaust processing resources and disrupt availability.

mitigation

Restrict untrusted JPEG uploads or ingestion paths and isolate parsing with appropriate resource limits. No fixed version is recorded; monitor vendor updates and apply a patched release when available.
