description

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 systems using the affected spice-server or spice packages are vulnerable when processing SPICE live-migration data. An authenticated SPICE client may cause memory disclosure or memory corruption during a virtual machine live migration.

mitigation

Restrict SPICE access to trusted authenticated users and disable or limit live VM migration where operationally feasible. No fixed version is recorded; reduce exposure until a supported update is available.
