description

StageIt extension for Joomla versions 1.0 through 5.7.5 and 6.0 through 6.3.5 are affected by cross-site request forgery. An attacker may cause a logged-in Joomla user to submit unintended requests, provided the user can be induced to visit attacker-controlled content while authenticated.

mitigation

Restrict Joomla administrative access to trusted networks or a VPN, and advise administrators not to follow untrusted links while logged in. Monitor for an updated StageIt release, as no fixed version is recorded.
