CVE-2026-103299
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-3fmh-h32q-9jjr ↗EUVD-2026-109622 ↗
description
Payment Gateway for WordPress through 2.2.0 inadequately protects its payment-notification callback. An unauthenticated party can mark orders as paid when the shared secret is unset, and can change pending orders to failed regardless of that setting.
mitigation
Configure a strong shared secret for the payment-notification callback immediately. Until a vendor-fixed release is identified and deployed, disable the affected callback or plugin if preventing unauthorized failed-order changes is required.
outcome
Upstream: a detection for this already ships elsewhere, so we didn't generate a new one. The credit goes to whoever did.
